  Communication on what to expect during the process is very poor. Even asking several questions it was like pulling teeth to get a full answer. We are into the 2nd month of the process and have to go back for a fourth time to have the wire put back on. Even though they say there is an emergency contact person no one ever calls you back. We always have to wait for the next day to figure out what to do. We had one appointment with the doctor and he failed to show up! He never even apologized!!!
